Learned counsel for the petitioners say that they will prepare a detailed scheme for unclaimed dead bodies which they will submit to learned Additional Solicitor General for consideration within six weeks.
Notwithstanding the above, the Union of India shall independently look at framing a Scheme for unclaimed dead bodies.
