UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 4, 10 to 13 and 18 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time is given to the respondent No. 23 to file the counter affidavit.

As per postal tracking report notices issued to the respondent Nos. 6 to 8, 15 and 20 have been received back with postal remarks "Door Locked" and in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to $3.$ 5,9,14,16,17,19,21,22 and 24 have been received back undelivered. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them Signature Not Verified fini the same period. <table>
