UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The basis on which the petitioner challenges the impugned order and claims to be in possession of the land in question is the order dated 24th December, 2013 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Lucknow Division, Lucknow. The said order has been set aside by the Board of Revenue, Allahabad by its order dated 29th May, 2015.
We are told that the aforesaid order of the Board of Revenue dated 29th May, 2015 is presently under challenge in the High Court of Allahabad. The petitioner may continue the said challenge.
The present Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the above terms by directing status quo with regard to the land in question, as on today, shall be maintained until final orders are passed by the High Court.
