The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on

21.11.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order and filing O.T. is granted. Permission to file lengthy list of dates is granted. Issue notice. In the meantime, operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 14th October, 2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench in Writ Petition No.720 of 2014 shall remain stayed. Status quo in respect of the property bearing Khasara No.-131, Rakba 0.667 Hectare in Village – Kharagpur, Faridi Nagar, Police Station – Indira Nagar, District- Lucknow, as on today, shall be maintained by the parties. "

There are 3 Respondents in this matter. Mr. M.R. Shamshad, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of all the Respondents and has also filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 and 3. Counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has been filed after the opportunity to file the same was declined. However, all the documents have been included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter was lastly listed before the court of Ld. Registrar on 30.06.2016,

when the following order was passed:

"A perusal of the office report reveals that respondent Nos.1 and 3 have filed counter affidavit. However, the counter affidavit of respondent No.1 has been filed after the opportunity was declined to him. As such, Registry to make a specific mention in the office report at the time of listing. Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
