UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In view of the letter circulated on behalf of the petitioner(s) in SLP(C) No. 20838/2022 seeking adjournment for obtaining appropriate instructions/filing rejoinder affidavit, relist after four weeks. Time as prayed is granted.

It is stated that the Union of India has not filed counter affidavit/reply. They may do so within a period of two weeks from today.

Rejoinder, if any, will be filed by the petitioners and if deemed appropriate, by the respondents within two weeks after service of the counter affidavit/reply of the Union of India.

SLP(C) Nos. 22582/2022 and 22583/2022 will also be listed alongwith present special leave petitions.

Learned senior Advocate appearing for the respondents states that the respondents would adopt the counter affidavit/reply filed in the present special leave petition(s) in SLP(C) Nos. 22582/2022 and 22583/2022.
