The instant Miscellaneous Application has been filed by the applicant for clarification of the judgment in a disposed of matter (C.A.No.4226 of 2012 decided by this Court on 18.09.2014) by a three-Judge Bench of this Court consisting of Hon'ble Mr.Justice R.M.Lodha(the then Chief Justice of India), Hon'ble Mr.Justice Karian Joseph(since retired) and Hon'ble Mr.Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman.
