UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice as it was submitted by learned senior counsel representing the petitioner that the High Court adopted the reasons assigned by the trial court in order to hold that the Will executed in favour of the petitioner is false and fabricated ignoring that the Will executed in favour of the petitioner is a registered Will whereas the Will executed in favour of the respondents is an unregistered one.
