It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Impugned final Order dated 03.10.2016 of the High Court of Manipur at Imphal in M.C. (W.P. (C)) No. 259/2016 in W.P. (C) No. 632/2016 with M.C. (W.P. (C)) No. 231/2016. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed applications for permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (registered as I.A. Nos. 1-2 & 3-4 respectively) and the same have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Transfer Petition (C) No. 1715/2015 referred to on listing proforma & Annexure P-7 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to allow the same in terms of signed Order. Copy of order dated 19.09.2016 has been placed at Page Nos. 113-114 in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 09.11.2016 filed a letter stating that Imphal Bench has passed a order dated 26.10.2016 which he will place before the Hon'ble Court on 11.11.2016. The said letter is being circulated herewith.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
