UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It appears that the ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 has moved an application for deleting respondent No.1 from the array of respondents but the same is suffering from certain errors as cause title is not properly shown in the application. One weeks' time is granted for curing the defect. In the event of default, matter to be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders.

Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are granted three weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
