The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 22.06.2016 & 11.12.2015 passed by the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur in RP No. 42 of 2016 & WA No. 459 of 2014 respectively.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 229 & 34 days in filing the Special Leave Petitions filed against Orders dated 11.12.2015 & 22.06.2016, respectively. The counsel has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLPs.

It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 2962729628 of 2014 @ 1751617517 of 2014 referred to on Annexure P3 was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 28.10.2014 (Copy of order dated 28.10.2014 has been annexed as Annexure P3 at Page Nos. 7677 of SLP paper books.)

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
