It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. U. S. Prasad, Advocate on 05.11.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 13.08.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 12953 of 1994.

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 13.08.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 35 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar I-B on 14.01.2015.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 8506 of 2013 Entitled Premium Fin Lease Ltd. & Ors. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. arising out of relied upon Order was dismissed on 19.09.2014 by Hon'ble Court(Copy of order dated 19.09.2014 is enclosed herewith).(Main Matter SLP(C) Nos. 23905-23907 of 2012).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
