It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) 14407 of 2014 entitled "Ravi Shankar Mangipudy Versus U.O.I. & Ors. @ relied upon Judgment by the High Court was listed with Main matter i.e. Special Leave Petition(C) No. 14259 of 2014 before the Hon'ble Court on 2nd June, 2014, when the Court was pleased to issue of notice and tag the matters with Special Leave Petition(C) No. 11780 of 2014. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 2nd June, 2014 is circulated herewith.
