It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 21 days in filing the SLP against the judgment and order dated 24/04/2014 of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in SCA No. 13942 of 2013.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 12153 of 2014 arising out of similar issue is an "After Notice" matter and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court. Copy of the order dated 01.05.2014 is enclosed.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 29406 of 2013 arising out of similar issue was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 07.03.2014. The copy of the order is placed at page Nos. 272277 as Annexure P14 in the paper book.
