SLP(C) NOS. 13706-13707 OF 2014:-

It is submitted that there are three Respondents. Respondent No. 3 is representing through Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar, Advocate. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received from Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

SLP(C) NO. 14259 OF 2014:-

It is submitted that there are six Respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all six Respondents. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received from any of the six Respondents

SLP(C) NOS. 14345-14346 of 2014:-

It is submitted that show cause notice has been issued to all three Respondents. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received from all the three Respondents.

SLP(C) NO. 14407 of 2014:-

It is submitted that there are four Respondents and show cause notice has been issued to all the four respondents. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are represented through Mr. Bijay Kumar Jain, Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back so far.

SLP(C) NO. 14565 of 2014:-

It is submitted that there are four Respondents and show cause has been issued to all the four Respondents. Respondent No. 4 is represented through Mr. Ramesh N. Keswani, Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice has been received back so far.

SLP(c) NOS. 15835-15836 of 2014

It is submitted that pursuant to above order, notice has been issued to all the three Respondents. Respondent No. 3 is represented through Mr. Sanjay Kapur, Advocate. In respect Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, neither A.D. card nor unserved containing show cause notice has been received back so far.

SLP(c) NOS. 15837-15838 of 2014

It is submitted that pursuant to above order, notice has been issued to all the three Respondents. Respondent No. 3 is represented through Mr. Sanjay Kapur, Advocate. In respect Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, neither A.D. card nor unserved containing show cause notice has been received back so far.
