I.A. No.2 of 2012, has been filed by Thahal Singh and Sadhu Singh, for being impleaded as parties in S.L.P. (C) SLP (C) 25962/11
No.25962 of 2011. It has been submitted by Mr. Bimal Roy Jad, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, that the applicants have always been parties before the fora below. The application is, therefore, allowed. Let the two applicants be impleaded as respondents in the special leave petition.

As far as other matters are concerned, the State has entered appearance today and is given four weeks' time to file its Vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
In S.L.P. (C) No.8442 of 2012, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, as of today, with regard to the lands in question.
