UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) NO.12547/2012

In respect of respondent nos. 1 to 9 counter affidavit is already on record.

Despite last opportunity granted by the Registrar's Court on 15.10.2014 the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not yet filed affidavit of proof of dasti service in respect of respondent No.10.

Respondent Nos. 11 to 31 have already been deleted as per order of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers dt.5.2.2013.

SLP(C) NO.23587/2012

Service is complete in respect of respondent no.3 but no one has put in appearance.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for effecting service on respondent no.4.

Counter affidavit is already on record in respect of respondent nos. 1 and 2.
