Remaining duly represented respondent Nos. 1 to 9 have already filed counter affidavit on record. Respondent Nos. 11 to 31 have been also deleted as per order of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers passed on 5.2.2013. SLP(C) NO.22731/2012 On behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 9 counter affidavit seems to have been filed by the ld. Counsel, Mr Jagjit Singh Chhabra but the same is suffering from certain defects/omissions as mentioned in the report. Same be rectified within three weeks. -2- Item No.10 Respondent No.10 is reported to be duly served but none appeared on his behalf. SLP(C) NO.23587/2012 Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has been filed on record by the ld. Counsel, Mr Jagjit Singh Chhabra. Service report in respect of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 is awaited. SLP(C) NO.34151/2012 On the last date, the ld. Counsel, Mr Kuldip Singh has undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1 but till date no steps seems to have been taken by him. Respondent No.1 is ordered to proceed ex parte. Respondent No.3 is reported to be duly served through post but none appeared on his behalf. On filing of process fee and spare copies within three weeks notice be issued forthwith to respondent No.2 through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. List again on 16.12.2013.
