Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Punjab/Gram Panachayat seeks clarification of the interim order Signal Movember, 2011. Learned counsel submits that there is A SECONOMIC IN THE MATTER. Since batch of matters already fixed for Reasonable Urgency in the matter.
