The matter above mentioned along with connected matters was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 29.04.2016, when inter alia following order was passed:

" ...SLP(C) NO.11078/2013 Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit. Await service of respondent no.2. Respondent no.3 is granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit."

It is submitted that Neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent no.2 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Respondent No. 3 has not filed counter affidavit till date despite 4 weeks time as a last chance granted by the Ld. Registrar.

Service of show cause notice is complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and is incomplete in respect of respondent no. 2.

The matter above mentioned along with connected matters was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 16.02.2016, when inter alia the following order was passed:.

" .....SLP(C) NO. 29337/2015

Spare copies for respondent no. 1 to 10 filed but barred by time and the application for condonation of delay has not been filed. As such, matter has to be listed before the Hon'ble Judgein Chamber."

The office report on default was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 18.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" The delay of 59 days in filing the spare copies is condoned."

Accordingly, show cause notice has been issued on 21.4.2016 to all the 10 respondents. Mr. Meru Sagar Samantry, Advocate has on 18.4.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no. 10 but the counsel has not filed the counter affidavit so far. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from respondent nos. 19 .

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent no. 1 9.

SLP(C) No. 29593/2015

The I.A No. 2 (Vacating Stay) filed by Mr. MeruSagar Samantaray, Advocate for Respondent No. 2 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Reply be filed to the application for vacation of stay. List the application as well as the SLP after pleadings are complete."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed Reply to the I.A. No. 2 (Vacating Stay) so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this office report.
