The SLP above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chambers) on 08.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Four weeks' further time is granted to file substitution application to bring on record the LRs. of deceased Respondent No. 3."

It is submitted that Mr. Shekhar Kumar, counsel for the petitioners has filed applications for substitution to bring on record LRs. of deceased respondent No. 3, application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application & setting aside abatement and application for exemption from filing official translation which are registered as I.A. Nos. 3, 4 and 5.

It is further submitted that application for substitution of deceased respondent No. 3 is barred by time by 47 years 2 months 9 days, however counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for substitution.

The applications for substitution in respect of deceased respondent No. 3 with condonation of delay & setting aside abatement and exemption from official translation are listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chambers) with this office report.
