List again on 5.10.2016."

It is submitted that there are two respondents in the matter. Counsel for the petitioner had taken fresh steps and fresh show cause notice has been issued to Respondent No. 2 on 07.09.2016 through registered A.D. Post. As per tracking report, item has been delivered at Jhajjar on 12.09.2016, but neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back so far (Tracking report enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
