Last opportunity is granted for taking fresh steps for respondent no. 2 within two weeks' time. Notice thereafter be issued. However, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 submits that she has already filed counter affidavit. Registry to verify and to update the database accordingly.

List again on 21.04.2016."

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice to Respondent No. 2 was issued on 03.03.2016. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back so far. Mr. Vikas Mehta, Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has filed Counter Affidavit on his behalf. (The same is included in the SLP Paper Books).

Service of show cause notice in respect of Respondent No. 2 is not complete.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
