It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for bringing on record the Lrs. Of deceased on Respondent No. 1 and condonation of delay in filing the application which have been registered as I.A. No. 2 and 3. The same is barred by time by 10 years and 244 days.

It is further submitted that notice of motion in respect of proposed legal representative Nos. I to VIII of deceased respondent no. 1 was issued to the Counsel for the Petitioner with a request to serve the same and file affidavit of service with proof of service. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service alongwith affidavit of service so far.

The applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchamber with this office report.
