The parties have amicably settled the motor accident claim in 1. terms whereof the respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay a Signal SLUM enfined of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs) over and above the Date: Carolina Compensation of Rs.45,07,572/- granted by the High Court. The enhanced amount shall be paid to the petitioner-claimant without any interest within six weeks.

2. The special leave petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement.

3. Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rules.
