UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material placed on record. 2. Though Mr. Mathews J. Nedumpara, learned counsel for the petitioner made lengthy submissions, on the query raised by the Court as to whether the borrower - Alaska Creations Pvt. Ltd. was M.S.M.E. at the time when it availed the loan from the respondent ā Bank, he was not in a position to answer the same.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties and to the well-considered Judgment passed by the High Court, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned Judgment.
4. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
5. All pending applications are also dismissed.
