UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. It has been pointed out by Ms. Praveena Gautam, the learned counsel for the respondents that the impugned orders were interim orders passed in Writ Petition (L) No.17488 of 2023 and now, the said Writ Petition has been finally disposed of by the High Court with other Writ Petitions vide the judgment dated 11.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel, Mr. Mathews J. Nedumpara, for the petitioner does not dispute the said position.

3. In view of the above, the Special Leave Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
