UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Mr. Mathews J. Nedumpara, learned counsel for the petitioner was heard for sometime and the Court rose for the lunch break conveying that the hearing will continue. However, after the lunch break, he is not present in the Court, and Ms. Hemali Kurne, learned counsel appearing through virtual mode mentions that Mr. Nedumpara had to leave the Court to catch his flight and hence accommodation is sought.
2. In view of above request, list after eight weeks.
3. It is clarified that the respondents-authorities shall be at liberty to proceed further with the pending proceedings in accordance with law.
