Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Election Commission wanted to file an affidavit indicating statistics pertaining to the number of cases instituted, concerning issues involved in this case including the aspect of seizure of cash and other items, during the last Lok Sabha Election - 2014 at the behest of the said Commission.

He is permitted to do so.
