UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned Senior counsel/learned counsel appearing for the parties.
As per Office Report dated 23-4-2019, notices to all the State Governments and Union Territories were issued on 10-4-2019 through Speed Post and as per Track Reports, notices have been delivered to all the State Governments and Union Territories except the State of Jammu and Kashmir and the State of Jharkhand.
We direct the learned counsels appearing for the States and Union Territories to file their Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance and counter affidavits, if any, within a week from today, if not already filed.
Await service of notice in respect of State of Jammu and Kashmir and State of Jharkhand.
List the matter next week.
