Duly represented respondents are granted six weeks time as final chance for filing counter affidavit. List again on 8.8.2014."

It is submitted that Mrs. D. Bharathi Reddy, Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed requisite process fee of Rs. 110/- alongwith spare copies and also not filed fresh address of Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 in SLP 20827 of 2012 and Respondent Nos. 3 to 7 and 9 in SLP 20829 of 2012. Hence show cause notice (usual and through District Court) could not issued so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. V.M.M. Sri Rama Murthy, Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 20828/2012 has filed bound volume of counter affidavit containing 50 pages. Mr. Murthy has again vide letter dated 28th July, 2014 stated that he is unable to appear in person before the Hon'ble Court as he is now 82 years suffering from diabetic, hypertension and other age related Health problems. (A copy of letter is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Ld. Registrar Court)

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
