In SLP(C) No. 20828/2012, counter affidavit has been received on behalf of respondent no.1. None has appeared on behalf of respondent no.1.

It is submitted that Mrs. D. Bharathi Reddy, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 7 th August, 2014 filed fresh addresses of unserved Respondents in SLP (C) No. 20827 of 2012 and SLP (C) No. 20829 of 2012 but regards Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) No. 20827 of 2012 counsel has filed address of Dr. A. Papa Rao whereas Respondent No. 3 arrayed in SLP is Dr. P. Papa Rao. Further, the counsel has not filed requisite spare copies in respect of unserved Respondent so far. Therefore, fresh show cause notice (usual through District Court) could not issued so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. V.M.M. Sri Rama Murthy, Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 20828/2012 has filed a letter on 19th September, 2014 stating therein that the Petitioner university has delaying the matters which aggravate his mental agony. The Respondent No. 1 has further stated that he wish to peruse the counter affidavit filed by Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, counsel for Respondent in the matters and requested to direct Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate for supplying a copy of counter affidavit to him. (A copy of letter is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Ld. Registrar Court). No counter affidavit has been filed Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate so far.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
