UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The ld. Counsel, Ms Filza Moonis appearing on behalf of Mr G Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate-on-record submits that vakalatnama has been filed for the respondent Nos. 6,7,8 and 10 and not in respect of respondent No.9. She seeks four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Time as prayed for is granted.

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner to furnish the fresh and complete address of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5 within two weeks and on compliance notices be issued forthwith through the concerned District Court in addition to postal means.

Office report indicates that respondent No.1 has filed a letter stating therein that he is an old person of 81 years and suffering from Diabetes. He has requested for personal appearance and also submitted a detailed counter affidavit containing 50 pages. SLP(C) NO.20829/2012
