"Application for substituting the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.3 in SLP(C) No.20827/2012 is still awaited. Be filed within three weeks time and processed thereafter as per rules.
Respondent nos. 6 to 8 and 16 in SLP(C) No.20827/2012, respondent no.6 of SLP(C) No.20828/2012, respondent no.8 of SLP(C) No.20829/2012 have filed counter affidavit.
For respondent nos. 1,3 to 5 and 9 in SLP(C) No.20827/2012, respondent no.4 of SLP(C) No.20828/2012, respondent nos. 3 to 7 and 9 of SLP(C) No.20829/2012, where fresh address for respondent no.9 is to be provided, for respondent no.4 of SLP(C) No.20830/2012 for respondent no.6 of SLP(C) No.20831/2012, ld. counsel for the petitioner still to take fresh steps to effect service. It is submitted that Ms. D. Bharathi Reddy, counsel for the Petitioner has not
filed application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) No.20827 of 2012 so far.
It is further submitted that Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, counsel for Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 & 16 in SLP (C) No.20827 of 2012, Respondent No. 6 in SLP (C) No.20828 of 2012 and Respondent No. 8 in SLP (C) No. 20829 of 2012 has on 26th August, 2015 filed counter-affidavit in both matters.
It is also submitted that Mr. D. Mahesh Babu, counsel for the Petitioner has neither filed fresh address of unserved Respondent Nos. 9 & 4 in SLP (C) No. 20830 of 2012 & Respondent No. 6 in SLP (C) No. 20831 of 2012 nor has filed requisite spare copies in respect of unserved Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5 & 9 in SLP (C) No. 20827 of 2012, Respondent No. 4 in SLP (C) No. 20828 of 2012 and Respondent Nos. 3 to 7 & 9 in SLP (C) No. 20829 of 2012 so far. Therefore, fresh show cause notice could not be issued so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. V.M.M. Sri Rama Murthy, Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 20828/2012 has filed a letter on 19th September, 2014 stating therein that the Petitioner university has delaying the matters which aggravate his mental agony. The Respondent No. 1 has further stated that he wish to peruse the counter affidavit filed by Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, counsel for Respondent in the matters and requested to direct Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate for supplying a copy of counter affidavit to him. (A copy of letter is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Ld. Registrar Court). No counter affidavit has been filed Mr. G. Ramakrishna Prasad, Advocate so far.
SLP (C) No. 34681 of 2014:
It is submitted that there are two Respondents in the matter. Show cause notice was issued on 6 th February, 2015 to both the Respondents. A period of more than thirty days has already elapsed from the date of issue of the notice by registered post, but neither A. D. Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from the said Respondents so far.
It is further submitted that Mr. D. V. Siva Rao, Respondent No. 1 has sent counter affidavit by post but not filed Memo of Appearance so far.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
