It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) Nos. 20827-20829 of 2012 (@CC Nos. 10244-10246 of 2012) filed by the Petitioner herein was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th July, 2012, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is pending for hearing. It is further submitted that CA No. 7707/1997 referred to as Annexure P-4 (Page Nos.44-47 of the SLP paper books) was disposed of the Hon'ble Court on 13.11.1997
