Challa Rajeswari" pending before the Court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge-Cum-Family Court, Medchal-Malkaigiri District, Hyderabad, State of Telangana to Family Court at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Despite due service of notice, no one has entered appearance $2.$ on behalf of the sole respondent.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking 3. into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing F.C.O.P No. 231 of 2024 titled as "Sri. Challa Narasimha Murthy vs. Smt.
