The matter above mentioned has been filed on 3rd April, 2014 against the Impugned Judgment and final Order dated 10th June, 2009 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Judicature at Madras in Writ Petition No. 9710 of 2009 and the same is barred by time by 1882 days and the same was defective. After curing the defects, the counsel has filed the application for condonation of delay in re-filing Special Leave Petition, which is also barred by time by 1 day.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 979 of 2014 entitled " Renu & Ors. Versus District & Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari & Anr." referred to page 'E' was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th February, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dispose of the same in terms of signed reportable Judgment, which is reported in 2014 (2) SCR 537.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 2726-2729 of 2014 entitled " Secretary to Government, School Education Department, Chennai Versus Thiru R. Govindaswamy & Ors. " was dismissed on 21st February, 2014 and the same is referred to page 'F' of list of dates of Special Leave Petition.

The applications in the matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
