" Opportunity to respondent nos. 1 to 4 in SLP(C) NO.31465, 31472 of 2015, sole respondent in SLP(C) NO.31466, 31475, 31476, 31477 of 2015, respondent no.1 in SLP(C) NO.31471/2015 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.
Ld. Counsel, Mr B.S.Billowria appearing on behalf of Ms Shilpa Singh, Advocateonrecord submits that he will be filing vakalatnama on behalf of all the respondents in SLP(C) NO.31464, 31467, 31468, 31471, 31474, 3147931482 of 2015 during the course of the day. If filed, be taken on record and counter affidavit be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity.
Application for substitution of legal representatives of deceased sole respondent in SLP(C) NO.31469, 31470, 31473, 31478, 31483 of 2015 and all the respondents in SLP(C) NO.31484, 31485 of 2015 be filed within three weeks time, if otherwise permissible. Registry thereafter to process under rules.
The name of ld. Counsel, Mr B.L.Billowria appearing on behalf of Ms Shilpa Singh, Advocateonrecord as mentioned in the order dt.5.1.2017 may be corrected as Mr B.S.Billowria appearing on behalf of Ms Shilpa Singh, Advocateonrecord.
List again on 9.3.2017."
It is submitted that Ms. Shilpa Singh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of following respondents. SLP (C) No. 31464/2015 Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4(i), 4(ii) SLP (C) No. 31467/2015 – Sole Respondent SLP (C) No. 31468/2015 – Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4(i), 4(ii) SLP (C) No. 31471/2015 – Respondent No. 1 SLP (C) No. 31474/2015 – Respondent Nos. 1, 4
It is further submitted that signature of Respondent No.5 is not found in vakalatnama against SLP (C) No. 31464 of 2015 and SLP (C) No. 31468 of 2015. A letter has been issued to the counsel in this regard. But she has not clarified the same. The counsel has not filed counter affidavit so far.
It is further submitted that Ms. Shilpa Singh, Advocate has already filed vakalatnama on behalf of following respondents.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for substitution to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased sole respondent in SLP (C) Nos. 31469 of 2015, 31470 of 2015, 31473 of 2015, 31478 of 2015, 31483 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 13 in SLP (C) No. 31484 of 2015,
Respondent Nos. 12 in SLP (C) No. 31485 of 2015 as abovementioned Respondents have died and counsel for the petitioner has also not filed spare copies for unserved respondents.
