The Ld. Advocate, Mr. B.L. Billowria, appearing on behalf of Ms. Shilpa Singh, AdvocateonRecord submits that sole respondent in SLP(C) No.31469, 31470, 31473, 31478 and 31483/2015 and all the respondents in SLP(C) No.31484 and 31485/2015 have died. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for substitution, if so desired within three weeks' time. Registry to process under rules thereafter.

It is submitted that Mr. B.L Billowria, Advocate appeared before the Ld.Registrar court on 5.1.2017 on behalf of Ms. Shilpa Singh, Advocate and gave undertaking
to file Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit for all the respondents in SLP Nos. 31464, 31467, 31468, 31471, 31474, 3147982 of 2015 but the counsel has not filed the same so far.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for unserved respondents and has not filed application for substitution to bring on record the the legal heirs of deceased sole respondent in SLP No. 31469/2015, 31470, 31473, 31478 and 31483 of 2015 and all the respondents in SLP No. 31484/2015 and SLP No. 31485/2015 who have died.
