Opportunity to respondent nos. 1 to 4 in $SLP(C)$ NO.31465, 31472 of 2015, sole respondent in SLP(C) NO.31466, 31475, 31476, 31477 of 2015, respondent no.1 in SLP(C) NO.31471/2015 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Ld. Counsel, Mr B.S.Billowria appearing on behalf of Ms Shilpa Singh, Advocate-on-record submits that he will be filing vakalatnama on behalf of all the respondents in Signa $\mathbb{Q}^{\bullet}(\mathbb{C})$ NO.31464, 31467, 31468, 31471, 31474, 31479-31482 of 15 during the course of the day. If filed, be taken on record and counter affidavit be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity.
