It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Subhasish Bhowmick, Advocate on 19.06.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 17.12.2014 and 17.03.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 42 of 2000 and 2755 of 1999 respectively along with the application for condonation of delay and for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 17.03.2015 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 94 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 17.12.2014 and counsel for the petitiner has filed an application of condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 17574580 of 2015 @ CC Nos. 90089013 of 2015 Entitled Jaswant Singh & Ors. Etc. Versus State Of Punjab

& Ors. Etc. arising out of relied upon Order was directed on 01.07.2015 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 01.07.2015 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
