Common respondent no.1 is yet to be served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within four weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed requisite spare copy of SLP. Accordingly, show cause notice has been issued to Respondent No. 1 i.e. State of Punjab. Service is awaited.

This is a fresh matter.

SLP (C) No. 2911629119/2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.09.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 1757417580 of 2015."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy for issuance of show cause notice so far. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to the respondents.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned.
      Issue notice.
      Tag with SLP(C) No......CC No.12871 of
2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents on 11.12.2015 through registered A.D. Post, Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of all the respondents.

Service of show cause notice is not complete.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.10.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice both on the special leave petition as also on the limitation. Tag with SLP(C) Nos.1757417580/2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Nikund Dayal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of petitioner after getting 'No objection' from Ms. Amita Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies. Therefore, show cause notice could not be issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far.
