It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Subhasish Bhowmick, Advocate on 20.04.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.11.2014, 09.12.2014, 18.12.2014 and 27.01.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 1194, 1196 and 1602 of 1999, in RFA No. 1755 of 2014, in RFA No. 3656 and 3657 of 2014 and in RFA No. 1193 of 1999 respectively barred by time by 54, 42 and 33 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.23639641 of 2012 @ CC No. 72957297 of 2012 Entitled Hoshiar Singh(D) Thr. Lrs. & Ors. Versus State Of Punjab & Ors. arising out of common relied upon order was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 30.07.2012 . SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 30.07.2012 is

enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of orders dated 28.02.1990, 29.05.1991 and 26.09.1991 mentioned in the list of dates. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 06.05.2015 stating therein that the same are not necessary for the adjudication of the case and counsel has requested to ignore the defect and register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
