Time, as prayed for, is granted to him.

The other served respondents may also file the counter affidavit within a period of six weeks, in case they

choose to do so.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He has moved an application for substitution to bring on record Item No.79 -4-

the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.3 and 7 which is found to be defective. The defects as have been pointed out in the said application have not so far been cured. Learned counsel is directed to rectify the defects within a period of one week whereafter the same shall be placed for orders before the Ld.Registrar (Judl.) supervising the working of Section IVB. In case the defects are not cured within the period stipulated above, in that event appropriate orders shall follow on the next date.

List again on 5.7.2011.
