We do not find any reason to entertain these Special Leave Petitions, which are, accordingly, dismissed.

However, as and when a fresh selection is conducted, it will be open to the petitioners to request the Government/appointing authority for relaxation of age for applying to the post in view of the fact that they had already undergone a process of selection, they had been appointed and had served for around three to four years, in which case, the request will be considered on its merits.
