The matters above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 20.11.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Heard.

Issue notice.

Some of the respondents have entered appearance on caveat. Notice shall issue to the remaining respondents only.

Pending further orders from this Court, we direct that such of the respondents (petitioners before the High Court) as were serving as short service commissioned officers in the Navy as on 26th September, 2008, shall be allowed to continue on the terms and conditions applicable to them in that capacity. We further direct that such of the officers out of the respondents (petitioners before the High Court) as may have been released from service after 26th September, 2008, upon completion of the short service commissioned tenure, shall be permitted to joint back in terms of the order passed by the High Court and continue in service in that capacity."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order show cause notice to all the respondents was issued on 10.12.2015 by registered AD.

SLP (C) NO. 30791/2015

It is submitted that there are 9 respondents in this SLP. Mr. Deepak Goel, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 6 and 7 but has not filed counter affidavit. AD cards duly signed by Respondent Nos. 5 and 8 received but no one has entered appearance so far.

Unserved cover containing notice to Respondent No. 9 received with postal remarks "No such person". Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice to Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 received.

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in this SLP. Mr. Harish Pandey, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in this SLP. Mr. Deepak Goel, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in this SLP. Mr. Mohit D.
