It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has not filed copies of the petition hence Notice of the Lodgment of Petition of Appeal and Notice on the application for stay to all the four respondents could not be issued in the matter so far. However Mr. Himanshu Shekhar, Advocate has on 22.04.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of all the four respondents but has not filed counter affidavit. Service is complete.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 17.03.2016 filed Application for Direction and the same is registered as I.A. No. 2 of 2016. (Copies are circulated herewith)

The application above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 12th April, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"on mentioning, the matter is taken on Board. List the matter on 25th April, 2016."
