In I.A. No.36379/2018, issue notice returnable on 11.04.2018, to the respondents who are not represented before this Court.

For the States of Punjab and Uttarakhand, liberty is granted to serve notice upon the Standing Counsel for the States and for the NCT of Delhi and Commissioner of Income Tax, liberty is granted to serve notice through the Central Agency.

The Committee is directed to furnish a list of allottees/investors in terms of the order of this court dated 11.04.2011, on or before 11.04.2018.
