SLP (C) NO. 35790 OF 2015:

The matter above-mentined was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th December, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with S.L.P.(C) No.....CC 21360 of 2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to sole Respondent on 2nd March, 2016 through registered A.D. Post. Mr. Pawanshree Agrawal, Advocate has on 13th April, 2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the sole Respondent but he has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of the said Respondent so far.

SLP (C) NO. 904 OF 2016:

The matter above-mentined was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th January, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as special leave petition."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the three Respondents on 8th February, 2016 through registered A.D. Post. Mr. Sanjay Kapur, Advocate has on 1st March, 2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of the said Respondent so far. Unserved covers containing the show cause notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 with the Postal Remarks "Addressee Left Station, Present address not known". Counsel for the Petitioners has not taken freh step for effecting service of notice on the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 despite this Registry's letter dated 14th March, 2016.

SLP (C) NO. 2407 OF 2016:

The matter above-mentined was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th December, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with S.L.P.(C) No. 904 of 2016."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to sole Respondent on 11th February, 2016 through registered A.D. Post.
