The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 13.08.2015 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore in Writ Appeal No. 600-601/2014, 1426-1427/2014, 2272/2014, 2273/2014, 1758-1759/2015(LA-RES), 600-601/2014 & 1426-1427/2014(LA-RES).

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition 30837-30840/2015 and the SLP(C) No. 30965-72/2015 have been tagged together as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 19.11.2015 alongwith certain pages nos. 502-502(c) of Single Judge Order dated 20.01.2014. Same is being circulated with this office report.
