Issue notice.
Mr. Chand Qureshi, learned AOR accepts formal notice on behalf of contesting Respondent Nos.1 to 4.
Ms. Meenakshi Arora, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to file reply. Rejoinder affidavit if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List immediately after the expiry of the aforesaid period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, until further orders of this Court, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.
